1. Information about the Products is published by the Store on the website menthol.click.
2. The range of the Store's operation covers the territory of Poland and a country located within the European Union.
3. All products available in the Store are brand new, free from physical and legal defects and have been legally placed on the Polish market.
4. A sales document is issued for each purchase in the Store. The Customer accepts the use of electronic invoices by the Seller.


1. All prices listed on the mentol.click store website are expressed in Polish zlotys and are gross prices, including VAT.

2. The online store may at any time:

- introducing new products to the offer

- product price changes

- organizing promotional campaigns

- making any changes to a given offer

The Customer may pay for the Order placed in the Store in the following way:
- cash on delivery - the amount is paid to the courier or postman,

- HotPay - payment by bank transfer, BLIK or payment card - HotPay is the payment card operator

- PayU - payment by bank transfer, BLIK or payment card - PayU is the payment card operator


1. The ordered Products are delivered to the Customer via a courier company or using InPost parcel lockers
2. The decision on the form of delivery is made by the Customer when filling out the Order Form.

1. When placing an order by 16:00 pm, we ship the package the same day, so you will receive the shipment the next day!

2. Date of receipt of the shipment = order processing time + delivery time.
3. The delivery time depends on the choice of the company carrying out the delivery:
- Courier - delivery time - usually 1-2 business days,

- inPost parcel locker - delivery time - 1-2 business days.


1. Pursuant to Art. 27 of the Act of 30 May 2014 on consumer rights (Journal of Laws of 2014, item 827), a consumer who has concluded a distance contract may withdraw from it within 14 days without giving any reason.
2. The deadline to withdraw from the contract expires after 14 days from the day on which the Consumer acquires, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by the Consumer acquires, physical possession of the goods.

3. In the event of withdrawal from a distance contract, the contract is considered void.
4. In the event of withdrawal from the contract, the Seller returns to the Consumer all payments received from the Consumer, including the costs of delivering the item (except for additional costs resulting from the method of delivery chosen by the Consumer other than the cheapest standard delivery method offered by the Store), immediately, and in any case not later than 14 days from the date on which the Seller was informed about the Consumer's decision to exercise the right to withdraw from the contract.
5. The Seller will refund the payment using the same payment methods that were used by the Consumer in the original transaction, unless the Consumer expressly agreed to a different solution; in any case, the Consumer does not bear any fees in connection with this return.
6. The Seller may withhold the reimbursement until receipt of the item or until proof of its return is provided to us, depending on which event occurs first.
7. The consumer is obliged to send back or hand over the item to the Seller to the following address:

8. The consumer bears the direct cost of returning the item.
9. The consumer is liable for a decrease in the value of the item resulting from using it in a different way than was necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the item.


1. Complaints in writing may be submitted to the e-mail address [email protected] with the note Complaint.

2. Mentol.click undertakes to consider and respond to the complaint within 14 days, and to inform the Customer within this period about the method of considering the complaint.

3. If the delivered goods were visibly damaged during transport, together with the courier, it is recommended to draw up a damage report and refuse to accept the goods (in this case, menthol.click is charged for the return transport). You should notify the shop staff about the situation by e-mail or by phone. As soon as the products are available, the order will be re-sent or the payment will be refunded to the Customer's account (applies to orders paid by bank transfer).
